Closing Experience required.
Real Estate law firm seeking experienced full-time real estate closing paralegal. This candidate will handle all phases of real estate closings. Candidate must be able to work a closing from beginning to end. (through pre-closing, settlement statement/HUD/CD preparation, and disbursement of funds) Candidate must also have great people skills/client service.
Experience with Qualia a plus.
